Vision MIM-2 (2 Cameras and data system)

$3,649.00

Complete kit contains 2 cameras, datalogger and dashboard over network.

  • Physical Setup:
The Logic MIM camera is a physical visual device mounted on a stand, designed to be placed in an industrial or process-monitoring environment.

  • Visual Calibration and Monitoring: It’s used to visually monitor and read analog gauges and digital controllers. A configuration dashboard for the system shows that it uses a Python script for "visual calibration".

  • Reading Gauge Values: To read an analog gauge (like a Gas Pressure gauge), the system measures the angle of the gauge's needle. The configuration settings note that "Angles are measured clockwise from 12-o'clock (top)." The system maps the needle's physical angle (e.g., from -135° to 135°) to the actual measurement values (e.g., 0 to 300 inH2O) to digitize the reading.

  • Dashboard Output: The data captured by the camera is then fed into a "Process Monitor" dashboard, which displays live readings for analog gauges (such as high/low gas pressure and oven pressure) and digital controllers (such as oven and stack temperatures).

  • One year warranty
